Global Settlement

Keep overseas fees and records connected.

Global Settlement supports overseas fee payment coordination and the records around it. MML helps connect the fee purpose, invoice, supporting materials and reconciliation needs, so the next step can be discussed with the right information.

Common questions

Can every overseas invoice be accepted?

No blanket availability is implied. Fee type, destination, documentation and other project details must be reviewed before acceptance. Send a brief description first; do not treat the website enquiry as confirmation that a payment will be made.

What is useful for a first enquiry?

Start with the fee type, purpose, payee region, currency and approximate or invoiced amount, if known. Leave bank details and payment instructions out of the website form. Accepted fee types, documents and arrangements are reviewed before any work is confirmed.

What should a reconciliation handover distinguish?

The underlying invoice, a payment instruction, a processing record and recipient acknowledgement establish different things. Identify the available records and any outstanding confirmation instead of treating every status as evidence of receipt.
