Preferences and drafts use browser storage
The current site uses localStorage for language and motion preferences, and sessionStorage for enquiry drafts. Its application code does not set website cookies or include advertising or analytics scripts. Browser storage and technical requests for pages and resources are different mechanisms; the absence of a tracking script does not mean there are no network requests.
How draft expiry actually works
A saved draft is treated as expired 30 minutes after its last saved change. Expiry is checked when the enquiry page is loaded again; this is not a timer that erases an open page at 30 minutes. Editing can save a new copy. A browser page session can survive reloads or restoration, so use the clearing controls when you want to remove a draft.
Saved data and other copies are different
A successful copy or download removes the saved draft key in this tab. It leaves the on-screen form and reviewed message available. Downloads, clipboard contents and messages opened in an email app are separate copies under your control. Clearing one tab does not clear the separate draft storage of another tab. Browser history restoration can also retain an earlier page’s visible state.
Your browser settings
You can use browser settings to manage this site’s stored data or block storage. The draft and preference features may then be unavailable. Resetting preferences removes the saved values without changing the language of the page you are reading; later visits or choices may create preferences again.

Manage data saved by this website
Draft removal affects the saved copy in this tab. These controls do not delete downloads, clipboard contents, other open pages or email drafts. Use “Clear this enquiry” on the enquiry page to clear its visible fields and review as well.
